Background-checked Owenton technicians · Written pricing
Halo Water Proofing is a KY-licensed Vapor Barrier Installation company that treats every Owenton job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Every Owenton technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
Our Owenton crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
Talk to a real Owenton technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Owenton calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Owenton basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
A Owenton sump pump that never rests is usually undersized or nearing the end of its life.
This is one sign we tell Owenton customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Owenton crews handle most.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
Get Emergency Help →We seal active Owenton foundation cracks with hydraulic cement injection — stopping the leak at its source instead of patching the surface.
Ask About Crack Repair →Already have a pump that's struggling? We'll test it honestly and tell you whether it needs replacing or just a tune-up.
Book a Pump Check →For yards fighting bad grading, an exterior French drain intercepts water before it ever touches the foundation wall.
Talk Drainage Options →Older Owenton homes with vented crawl spaces see the biggest swings in seasonal humidity — encapsulation closes that off for good.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →Commercial water intrusion means bigger stakes — inventory, tenants, downtime. We scope commercial Owenton jobs with written specs and a real timeline.
Request a Commercial Quote →Here's exactly what Owenton customers can expect from first call to final walkthrough.
We figure out fast whether this needs an emergency dispatch or a scheduled inspection.
No jargon, no pressure — just a clear look at what's actually going on.
Every Owenton quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.

"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
